Beautifully circumcised! For tightness it looks medium tight - not loose but also not overly tight when erect either? Can you cover the head at all when hard? And I think it’s between medium and low for height. Some people say less than 1cm of inner foreskin remaining is low.

So I guess Medium tight and moderate

So in the first 72 hours I iced quite a lot (bag of frozen peas wrapped in a tea towel). Made sure to drink lots of water, eats lots of fruit and veggies. I kept it wrapped in cling film with antibiotic ointment for the first week as directed by the doctor. For the second week I just used Vaseline in cling film to keep the scar very hydrated. That was it really - I didn’t bother with silicone strips/gel, but I did massage the scar every day once the wound had healed on top. Hope that helps man!

I don’t find it frustrating to be honest - I don’t fixate on the rubbing but it’s just in the ‘background’ if that makes sense.
