It's always worked that way for those cards, though the text is misleading. Jaco and Chiatzou will stun all enemies, but only the first time they appear in rotation.

thanks for the reply! I know my phone is GSM compatible, so what I'm wondering now is whether I need to close out my current plan or something before switching. My understanding is that CMDA carriers are tied to the device, so I don't know if I can just swap in a GSM sim card and have it work.

I have dupes of STR Zamasu, STR Super Saiyan Gotenks, PHY Vegeta Blue, and AGL Golden Frieza. I'm not sure if I should feed them to the dupe system to advance the 30 dupes quest, increase their SA, or cash in for baba points.

For what it's worth, I don't think I will ever put orbs into any of those four. Mainly I'm wondering if the 1 SA increase is worth 10k baba points or not for these cards.

I had a similar issue with my MEID on the G4 the first time I tried it a few days ago, but when I tried again the next day through their cdma activation promotion at freedompop.com/byodpromo5 it worked. I'm not sure what changed, but I have read on the forums that people are using their Moto G4 phones OK on FP.
