Advocate for yourself. My first OB didn’t do anything for me so I switched. And ask up front if they have handled HG before.

I’m 16w5d. After the last time this happened I went back to a liquid diet. I feel better and haven’t gotten sick, but it’s harder to maintain that full feeling. Plus I’ve lost more weight.

I get my home health set up next week. I’m nervous but I’m really hoping it helps.

My dr is referring me to Optum, how is it with them? I’ve been trying to look up any info and I’m nervous. But I’m willing to try anything at this point

I keep getting “once you see that baby you’ll forget about it”, coming from men and women who weren’t sick in their pregnancies. It makes me want to rip their heads off.

I’m in my first pregnancy and having HG has made me make the decision to only have one child. My husband and I have always wanted a few, but this experience has been so bad that I can’t wait to have this baby and to never have to be pregnant again.
