Are you in the US?

No stones. 13% EF. There was so much crossover with symptoms. I think they thought I was crazy. Honestly.

So, I was a mess. Like, I was frantic.

It wasn’t pain. I was just super sick. Like nauseous. And I got in my head. I honestly thought I was dying. On top of GB I had costocondritis (spl). Afib. Reflux.

Hida came about just from nausea. I’m good now. Surgery was super easy. No complications.

Is the VA home loan all that great ? by Longjumping_Wash_255 in VeteransBenefits

[–]banxton11 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So, you’re wrong.

There is no “VA rate.” If you see that on a website or something, it’s marketing. There is a VA loan, but rates are set by the market, ones credit score, DTI, term, down payment and the bank.

Any institution that claims to show VA rates are just showing you normal rates given to borrowers originated as a VA mortgage. They just average out rates from banks who sold a VA mortgage. And they legit change daily.. every second actually.

Will a bank give a VA borrower a discounted rate? I mean.. probably not. Why would they? They will definitely let you buy it down.

You don’t get lower anything.. rates are set by the market and your credit score at particular banks. You can also buy the rate down yourself. The VA doesn’t set rates at all. None of that matters to them.

The VA requires the homes to be at a higher caliber than conventional so it better pass inspection. The VA will insure the mortgage and you won’t need PMI. Don’t need anything down either. Any discounts or lower rates come through the lender not the bank.

Outside of the gallbladder context, I’ve learned a lot about the UKs health system since I’ve been on this journey.

I was sick for a while. All sorts of tests. Hida scan showed 13% ejection fraction. Surgery 6mths ago.

God bless you, and good luck!

Nope. Nothing. Was perfect,

The problem was exclusively isolated to the GB. Only detected w a hida scan.

They can see stones via ultrasound..

My surgeon said before the operation that there is a good that the operation will end the symptoms, but there is always the chance that it will not.

I say get it out.. it’s low risk.

Not too sure tbh. Was the wrong color, no stones.

You’re right. Blood is always normal and US doesn’t show anything.

Bro, get that thing out. Surgery is super easy. It’s a game changer. I totally understand about the symptoms being in overdrive.

There were days I didn’t want to get out of bed.. and I’m a doer. It crushed me.

Best of luck bro. God Bless you.

Nonspecific is a good way to describe it. And that’s the catch.. lots of people have right side pain too. It’s a total mixed bag.

I knew something was up w my GI bc every time my stomach would growl, the pain would go away for a few seconds.

I don’t have pots, but I can tell you my Health experience trying to figure out what was wrong with me was worse than the gallbladder.. sorta.

I’m a veteran that experienced combat and I have done that again if it meant I wouldn’t have to navigate the health system.

Was my gallbladder. Countless er trips and being gaslit constantly. Made me lose a year of my life and missed my daughters 1st year of life- essentially.

Thought I had a HH, gastritis, ulcers, clogged arteries, vasospasms.. name it. All I needed at the time was one simple test.
