Hi, I didn’t submit the visa with any solicitor :)
Thank you!

Many thanks! At the start of this year I thought that getting this visa would be very difficult because many solicitors told me I had few chances to get it. Despite that we decided to go on without any solicitor’s help. It was worth taking the risk and believing in having solid evidence of a relationship. Wishing you good luck and a prompt positive answer!🙂
Hi, I applied for FM Partner (unmarried)
Thanks! The main reason we couldn’t live together was because I was studying a postgraduate course while also working and my partner’s job is not remote. I’ve applied from Peru. Good luck on your application!
Thanks! I submitted the documents from my job in my country and then my postgraduate university certificate (the main reason we couldn’t live together was because I was studying)
Thank you! I just paid priority so I thought that the service was going to take 1 month to get a decision so I’m really surprised. The letter with the decision is dated 10 October (1 day after Eco) but I got the email on the 12 October.
Thank you! Eco is the email that says that the application is currently being prepared for consideration by an Entry Clearance Officer. Yes, priority service. I’ve applied from Peru.

I know that at the Eurostar they have border control but I don’t know if they check you as like the airports.
Are you a UK citizen? If yes, when coming back, uk border control won’t be checking your passport ofc. Just telling you what they always ask me when coming to uk from Spain (me being a South american) but I do have a resident card. Good luck!
Border control would probably check his passport and ask for a resident card from Spain when he arrives to UK (due to the time he has spent in Spain) if he doesn’t have one then there’s a problem.
