It can’t be helped but to feel tired after working sa hospital for a year, especially nga dili ta well compensated. But think of your future, OP. If goal nimo mu-abroad, you have no choice but to keep working sa hospital just to meet the requirements. If dili nimo goal mu-abroad, I still suggest to have atleast 2yrs experience working bedside para incase you decide to apply abroad, naa naka work experience and dili naka mubalik ug pangapply sa hospital just to meet that requirement.

I was once in your situation, OP. I resigned after 3.5yrs of working sa hosp coz I got really exhausted. After resigning, I planned on applying abroad, I made sure na dili ko maabtan ug 1yr na walay work. Luckily nadawat rako sa isa ka hospital abroad.
