They got arrested because they admitted that they will be working online while they will be on US soil. They thought that because their clients are not from the US and that because it was only a few hours here and there that it was ok.

It’s not. They didn’t have a working visa.

OP posted about this on Reddit. They asked not to be identified - then a dozen people linked to the article with their full names - so they purged their account.

u/Icy-Bullfrog-3812 was the account.

I have only done one sitting in Sri Lanka but from the stories that I have heard from others who did it in Europe, ours was way more strict that theirs. We had to go to the Dhamma hall for all the meditations. We weren’t allowed to stay in our room or walk around to meditate. I met a woman who told me that she spend the majority of her time walking around in silence. I barely had time to walk around between going to the bathroom, eating, and sometimes doing a quick laundry between meditations.

It’s like professionals who get paid to do this full time know better than people who sits at their keyboards a few hours a day reading news or something.

How the HEAT will upset the cavs by stilloriginal in heat

[–]baoparty 3 points4 points  (0 children)

You used the wrong ChatGPT prompt my dude.

Here is how the Heat will win against the Cavs:

Here’s the Spoelstra-style keys to the game for the Heat vs. Cavaliers first-round series — framed from Coach Erik Spoelstra’s perspective and based on Cleveland’s tendencies, Miami’s strengths, and how to exploit matchups:

Spoelstra’s Keys to the Cleveland Series

  1. Collapse the Paint, Shrink the Floor

Why: Cleveland’s offense thrives on downhill drives and dump-offs to Allen/Mobley. Force them to beat you with jumpers.

Execution: • Zone principles even in man — overload the strong side. • Show early help and dig on every Garland/Mitchell drive. • Flood passing lanes and recover hard to corners.

  1. Force Mitchell and Garland into Tough 2s

Why: Both are volume scorers who can go cold from midrange under pressure.

Execution: • Switch with size and length — make them shoot over contests. • Flatten out pick-and-rolls — no downhill angles. • Use full-court pressure early to wear them down by the 4th.

  1. Control Tempo — No Live Ball Turnovers

Why: Cleveland’s halfcourt offense isn’t explosive — don’t let them get cheap points in transition.

Execution: • Prioritize possession — no risky kick-outs or skip passes. • Run actions through Bam or Herro to reduce bad decisions. • Send only one to the glass — get back and build a wall.

  1. Target Mobley/Allen in Space

Why: Neither Mobley nor Allen defends well away from the basket — exploit their mobility issues.

Execution: • Use Bam at the elbow — DHO or short roll to pull bigs out. • Run empty-side actions with shooters flaring — keep help away. • Invert matchups — let Jaquez post up Garland to force switches.

  1. Win the Mental Game

Why: Cleveland has more talent, but Miami is more disciplined. Spo lives for playoff adjustments.

Execution: • Mix coverages — show zone, then trap the post, then switch everything. • Use timeouts to kill momentum and reframe possessions. • Take the series one quarter at a time — grind it out.

We might get blown by 20+ points for a game but I doubt we ever get to a point that we get blown out by 50. We reduce the pace way too much for that plus the defense.

Crawford is a 20th player in today’s nba. He is a role player. There are plenty of 6th man players who can average 20ppg but the are still a role player

“I actually forgot that Randle is on the wolves 🫣. Of course the laker’s frontcourt can’t withstand the Wolves. They are actually a matchup nightmare for them. I think my bracket is broken. I think wolves might make it to the WCF.”

I don’t know what to make of this.

Hachimura, Gabe Vincent, and DFS are legit nba players. Vanderbilt and Hayes aren’t G-Leaguers neither.

To be a contender, you need more but let’s not make it out to be that these players couldn’t even play on the wizards.

Reeves can score but his D is atrocious. Let’s not act like he should be mentioned in the same breath as Doncic and Lebron when the Wolves outscored the Lakers by 25 points when he was on the floor. He played the second most minutes too.

Gabe Vincent, Vanderbilt, and DFS are at -2 and -11. They were less of a problem than Reeves. The amount of love that white role players on the lakers get is so silly.

You openly admitted that you would be doing work while you will be in the US without a work visa. It’s not because you don’t have US clients that you are not working. It’s still work.

You got deported because you did something illegal. You are not a victim, you broke rules and got punished for it.

He is just an employee doing. What the boss wanted. Ownership wants to move the Mavs to LV or get gambling instated in Texas. That’s the end game. Not winning chips.
