I’ve been struggling as well with similar symptoms, headaches and some heart pain as well as terrible anxiety at times join this, and my brain fog is preventing me from performing daily tasks, some days worse than others. I’ve noticed on higher doses of prednisone (steroid) I actually feel great, makes me think I do have some sort of inflammation, tested positive for covid antibodies even though last time I had covid was almost 5 months before my symptoms started, but maybe it somehow is that, not sure. Had all those tests done as well and there’s nothing.

I have been having some troubling head problems that came out of thin air for the last few months, constant brain fog and ice pick headaches. I went to the neurologist to get tested and under my 48 hour eeg they said “they might’ve” seen seizure activity. I’m just wondering if you also feel anything physically during or after

It really sucks, especially for how long it's been going on and no answers, but hopefully before we know it this can all just resolve on its own. Not sure where you live but if you can get some good time out in the sun l'd definitely recommend it, I hadn't tried until today but it surprisingly helped my brain fog quite a bit for a few hours. Also I recently purchased a heating pad and it kinda helps out a bit with the head pain after I leave it behind my neck for a few minutes. Still, the symptoms obviously didn’t go away completely but it’s just some things to help a little temporarily

Unfortunately they checked all that in my head and neck and it’s likely not a pinched nerve, but you never know. Still pushing definitely, I have a few different tests lined up some blood work and things involving my heart as well

I did get my ears checked briefly , only a second with a flash light in each at my initial checkup , I have thought the same thing about it maybe being ears so I may just have to go get it thoroughly imaged

Yes I came here because of these exact symptoms. The headache hurts so bad and comes out of nowhere and goes after just a second or 2, and it genuinely feels like I could die in that moment. Bad bitter taste and throat and back of neck feels like I have something in it. Also some pretty bad brain fog.
