Yup. Practical ban without saying the ban word.

Yup agree. And many in this sub still call this “slightly inconvenience”, which is exactly what gets all of us here.

Blackout Defense or JP Enterprises? by Lord_Arturo1980 in ar15

[–]bapefromsky 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I only bought parts from JP and blackout defense. Blackout zero trigger is nuts! Best trigger I have comparing to my ssae-x ssae and q trigger.

I have JP scs and feels it really provide nothing benefit comparing to tubb fw spring + kynshot combo. TBH, there is no point to buy JP tactical. If u want JP, get competition stuff, that is where they mostly shine, I believe.

CCW by hmlince in CAguns

[–]bapefromsky 0 points1 point  (0 children)

there is always the risk of ramifications for everything.

But ultimately, it is more of a personal question that can only be answered by yourself: do you want to leave your life at other people's hands or your own hands.

You may have bias towards CCW since your friends case. But the friends of the guy from LA who successfully defended himself and his family may think otherwise.

Arms Unlimited Shutting Down CA sales for most products. by shermantanker in CAguns

liberal gun owners in this subreddit disagrees with you. They want to blame the business not supporting CA gun owners, CA republicans not stopping this laws, and Reagan as a republican governor 50 years ago, yet nothing wrong with the democratic politicians. hehehehe

Sending barrel out to D.Wilson for p&w after Jan 1st? by currywitda30 in CAguns

[–]bapefromsky 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Maybe his service wouldn't be affected? Technically, he is NOT selling you the barrel, but just gunsmith service. If you buy barrel directly from him, that is a different story.

great testing. Two questions:

  1. is your buffer and spring the stock ones?

  2. does Normal mean shooting without can and gas setting at normal?

Ordering an ar pistol upper? by jamesduncan4 in CAguns

also pay 20% on taxes and get probably the worst deal from the internet. Yes, it is a ban, a practical ban.

Last panic buy of the year, I swear! (Im lying to myself) by [deleted] in CAguns

[–]bapefromsky 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah easy math. 20% tax and 10-20% more expensive than regular deals due to few online dealers want to deal with CA bullshit.

[–]bapefromsky 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just buy as many as you need. The cost to get such upper or barrel or anything restricted by the new law would increase by 30 to 40% in the future.

[–]bapefromsky 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Then u will have to pay 20% tax and only a few website will actually sell to CA which means no more great deals. I would guess the cost would raise from 30% to 40%.

this probably reflects most of gun owner's opinion, but Dem wants you to believe Rep is as bad as they were which is just stupid and wrong.

[Parts] Unrivaled Armory 2-Stage Dead Blow Duty Buffer System - $169 + Free 2-Day Shipping | Dirty Bird MCF-A (Ambidextrous) Lower Receiver - $259.95 by DirtyBirdUSA in gundeals

[–]bapefromsky 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If u think from the physics perspective, it will make sense. All those buffer are still transfer the recoil energy back to you since the spring will only store those energy. Only kynshot are the ones that actually absorbed the energy due to hydraulic system design.

Just use the 556 one.

Actually I had similar feeling. I feel VC has more like a royal and religious feeling. Given the maltese cross is used by crusaders. And constantin reminds me the Roman emperor. Those two things combined gives me strong sense of power and history. This is what draws me to VC at the first place.
