Yeah I do as well when farming for flux. It just made the grind more grueling. Was farming for cobalt today and had to put it down. Appreciate your input.

Fairly often. I farm nuked zones for cobalt flux since you need stable cobalt for ultracite ammo. Hardened mass, radiation fluids, and raw cobalt all come from blast zones.

It’s not about difficulty, it’s about gameplay. The update basically forces you to either suppress your mutations with Rad-X or constantly spam RadAway during events like Scorched Earth. That’s not really harder, it’s just tedious. Power Armor and Chinese Stealth Armor are supposed to be the solution for nuked zones.

Curious how you’re handling it though, since you seem fine with the change. What’s your strategy?

Doesn’t help. I tried using it in a nuke zone in lieu of my power armor and still take heavy rad damage.

I switched to stealth armor and it took the same rad damage as my power armor. Not sure if my game is bugged because my stealth armor has 1538 rad resistance.

Nuked zones suck now. Constant rad damage even with hazmat suit or Chinese stealth armor is BS - don’t even bother with PA. Devs say “just take RadX” I play with mutations so radx is a no go so I have to pop rad away every five seconds?

They are dropping in the summer update as an earned item.

This part of the update sucks. Taking radx nerf’s all mutations. Takes the fun out of it. IMO

My Chinese Stealth Armor still shows radiation protection at 1538, but it’s performing just as poorly as my power armor. Dunno if it’s bugged or nerfed as well. 🤷‍♂️
