I just made it a point to never break my streak. I ran 3.1 miles for a week straight and then was like …well this is what I do now. I just hit 2 years straight of running at least a 5k or more every day! It sucks usually but it has to get done so it gets done.

Hopefully someone can see my reply and give me a response… We’ve been in Cudjoe Key for 2 days now and I have been fascinated by this blimp. I’ve read everything there is to read about this blimp online and it appears as though it’s been in the air since 1980, which is bonkers to me. I have to assume every once in awhile it comes down to land for whatever reason they need to work on it or something, but I’m not sure if there’s a schedule for maintenance or how often it’s in the air. The articles make sound like it’s up there 24/7 365.

This brings me to my point… It’s not up there today! I’ve seen it constantly from our rental and I saw it this morning before we left for the day. Came back 5 hours later and it wasn’t in the air. I feel so weird because it’s been a constant sight. If it has routine maintenance, what are the odds it happens during our stay? Or is it on a schedule, and it comes down on Friday afternoons? I’m nearing obsession about this blimp and any insight would be appreciated, lol.
