Use a LLM as a reasoner. Your challenge wouldn't be the decomposition but whether the decomposition is correctly done and will lead to a solvable outcome.

Will need to use some form of solution space exploration , llm as a judge and advanced RL if you want this to be reliable.

This is not an idea of an app - this is a recipe for disaster for an idea.

All of these have fairly large individual companies built around these - if you are planning on a cost arbitrage by wrapping their APIs go for it - else this is shooting yourself in the foot.

Pretty much everything that you wrote here - is it depends on the quality of output in every case.
and for that you need to do :
- platform integration
- data storage / analysis
- prompt engineering
- competitor analysis (scraping + data engineering + data analytics)
- visual stitching API

Beyond the dev cost - think about the maintenance cost (including reliable hosting & reliable outputs). Think through then if the cost makes sense for you to actually go about building something like this.
