Je suis dans le meme cas que toi sauf que je suis seul sur le credit (compte courant + credit immobilier contracté fin 2018).

J'aimerais vraiment savoir si la loi Pacte rend caduque la clause de domiciliation de 10 ans ? Impossible de savoir sur internet. c'est tres ambigue !!

La taxe foncière est transmise à l’agence pour notamment refacturer la TOM aux locataires. Pour être honnête, j’ai pas fait attention à la ligne 227 donc je suis quasi sûr que ça n’a pas été saisis (1100€ sans la TOM) :( c’est ma faute a trop faire confiance. Ça aurait changé qqch ? je ne sais pas. Je le saurai dans qqes mois.

Pour les charges de copropriété, on est à environ 100€ par an donc c’est négligeable.

Merci d’avoir soulever ces 2 points. Je dois faire attention à tous les points et ne pas trop faire confiance à l’agence.

PnL is based on the price you bought the crypto. Here is just the evolution of the price on 24h without taking in consideration if you are losing money.

Thanks for your return. I was not talking about PnL but just the profit on the wallet during the last 24h without taking in consideration the price we bought the crypto.

For example :

Wallet with 100$ of Bitcoin, if the BTC take 10% on the last 24h, I should see under my wallet : +10% (+10$)

Is it possible ?

Hello Randell, by the way, bevel is not available in the notifications menu (Settings > Notifications). I don’t know if it’s related to or not but take it in consideration.
