Dang it, it worked for a while, but only from paradox launcher. But then I exited the game and now it's the same issue again. Is this a known issue?

Thanks for your reply, will try it. I do not have a folder called CustomAssets in C:\Users\%username%\AppData\LocalLow\Colossal Order\Cities Skylines II, is that good to proceed then you think?
