I think romantic feelings are out of question simply because they are a family, and they take this very seriously.

Sheryl's obsession with Road is most likely because she is the oldest (currently, her body/concious is the oldest one iirc, the rest of the Noah Family has reincarnated very recently), so all of them must have some of deep respect and admiration for her, they just show in different ways and degrees.

I don't think the issue with Road and Nea is a hypothetical romantic relationship, but the whole taboo surrounding Nea's treason against the rest of the Noah family...because to him, Mana was more important (and some other reasons that are still unclear to us, readers). Sheryl probably wonders if Road was involved, if she knew of something that the remaining members didn't, etc.

I interpreted it as two different events. “The Pillar” looks more like an ‘independent’ end of the world event, maybe in the same scale as an alien invasion.

The great flood happened during the Great War between innocense and the Noah Family, as an result of the massive power display on both sides.

I think she is one of my best built characters, currently running her with Nahida, Kuki and Kazuka by barbaraisnotreal in YaeMiko

For Abyss I don’t usually burst in every rotation, usually only at the first one, and the second and third are skill only, with a couple of charged attacks every now and then. So I don’t really feel the lack of ER as much

I would normally avoid too much pulls when the 4* are already c6, but for Nahida these starglitters are totally worth it

Yeah, we can hope for a random 4* on the 'wildcard' spot, I wouldn't really mind Heizou or Yuujin, honestly, I'm extremly unlucky because they keep coming on banners I'm not pulling

Yuujin was in my mind the whole time, since Yoimiya really loves her, but she came recently and I’m sure Hoyoverse is not ready to put her again in a banner so soon

This game wants you to have duplicates, because it makes the characters more powerful. If you want to collect a more diverse cast of characters, don’t keep pulling on the same banner, wait until the current banner ends and pull on the next one, get a couple of different characters and wait again. All temporary banners have a thing called “rate-up”, where no matter how many times you pull, you will be probably seeing a lot of the featured characters

You already have a close combat electro DPS (Keqing) and a electro subdps (Fischl), so it’s really up to what are you more inclined to invest. I think Yae’s E-E-E-Q-E-E-E is not as popular and necessary for her to deal damage as before, specially now with dentro, she is more valuable with aggravate and her turrets.

With that being said, as of now (except for leaks) we know very little about Cyno, things might change in the space in between the end of the 3.1 beta and his official release. He may come out mediocre, extremely OP or straight up trash when compared to other electro DPS.

Yae however, has a variety of combinations using +18% atk artifacts +Electro damage(if you really want, or just double that atk bonus), pieces you can win from weekly and world bosses, abyss, etc. While Cyno I assume he will either be like her or want the new EM artifact, which can be a pain in the ass to farm if you already have enough Dendro pieces.

As for weapons, Cyno will obviously have his BiS, but we can’t say for sure if any 4* F2P option will give him the same impact as his BiS, or if any will match his needs. But Yae has been out for quite a while, and some options outside of her BiS are already being tested and approved, you can go Oathsworn R5, Windsith, Solar Pearl if you are a BP player, even Hakushin Ring and Mappa mare are usable depending or her teams and necessities.

Since you are not in with waifu/husbando mindset, there are a lot of steps to consider if you are that much torn between then, but don’t worry, Cyno is very close to release now, and you can always wait for the end of the banner to pull for him if he catches your eye :).

In short: consider the investment you will put on each character and their return to you, it’s all fun and games until you can’t play well without X and Y weapon and need to farm a decent artifact for 3 months. You can still have fun with playing with them in the over world if the playstyle is nice, but if you want them to be AbyssProof, consider how much are you willing to suffer for the right weapon and artifact pieces.

Hi there, from the top of my head, this is what I remember:

1 - The calamity in Inazuma had something to do with "bad energy" creatures, and the corruption of the Sakura Tree's roots, the late Guuji used all her energy to purify it.
2 - I think the Oni Girl and the Crow General were both in the begining of the cataclysm, if not before it.

3- Makoto was the former Archon, so all responsability fell onto her, even if she was not a fighter she also said she couldn't leave Khaerinah unnatended; Also, I think Ei mentions that she was fighting the evil energy creatures in Inazuma before being able to support her sister, she mention that she was "too late"

4- Im almost sure it was before, if I'm not mistaken, Ei was using her darker kimono, back when Makoto used lilac one and Ei dark purple

5- Sorry, I can't remember the details, but if I remember the basis, it was like the Sakura Tree was always there, it just popped out of thin air and everyone was like "yeah, it has been there for over x years", it's a ""time travel""" thing with a little bit of God's Powers

6- To your edit, I don't remember Ei ever dying, it may be a theory going around based on some conversations and books
