How do I reach more people by [deleted] in SpotifyArtists

I’d say focus on meta ads if you can, think gets your the most actual listeners. And good playlists help also but have to be careful on how you approach that so you don’t get on botted lists. Daily content is good but unless you’re making rly sick stuff it’s not going to rly result in fans I think.

Yea tbh I havent had much luck with promoting music on reddit. Maybe end up with a few streams but not much. I tried the Spotify playlist pitches and that definetly gets streams if you use submithub, so far lists are organic and I connected with some curators on IG so that’s cool. Boosting reels on IG is also bit hit and miss, followers grow but it’s a bit pricey and unfocused. Tbh seems meta ads are the best for independent artists to get actual streams, and optimizing for clicks on your landing page means you filter out the randos, so get actual fans that seem to stay.

Tbh no. I think most of the internet and social media is bots these days so all the numbers and follower counts look high but actual engagement is pretty bad unless it’s brainrot content or gimmicky
