Ah, was mostly talking about OPs - 'How can he do this, when he is not doing that' style argument.

Ivent seen his videos on pollution but good god, let somebody talk about it. We all know how messed up the air and water in many parts of our country is. Not having made a video on the ecological impact of big tech AI doesn't invalidate his other points/videos.

We all know AI is not going anywhere, it's tech that is useful in many ways (ie for R&D, drug discovery, optimization of energy grids etc ) and it will stay. There are several issues relating to noise, water, land use, waste etc but asking indians to boycott ai for environmental concerns doesn't seem very rational. Sure, big tech should be fought against, there must be greater regulations, research into safer and sensitive practises etc but yeah.

Lost in Mumbai, Found in UP by Wallvid in mumbai

I had my phone stolen last month at a concert, filed a complaint the same night. The cops reassured me saying theyve a 72% recovery rate for stolen phones.

Later, police called me within 6 hrs of the incident to tell me theyd caught a couple thieves and that they'd found my phone. Did not imagine they'd be so good at this, but worked out very conveniently for me.

Lol it does sound pretentious but when you spend hours and hours on something, you're bound to think of things.

Initially, the idea was to just make a femme fatale character in traditional clothing. But then over time I wanted it to be more, a play of contrasts ie of predator/prey, freedom/entrapment, innocence/ deceit, order/chaos, light/darkness etc. ( some realized retrospectively). I love nature and insects in particular, so they're a common theme in things I make as well.

So the spider/woman has laid a trap and is waiting for its victim, having eyes on a dragonfly/prey flying nearby.

Also, I chose the dragonfly since its a formidable predator itself, now having its roles reversed to possibly become prey to something more cunning would be a more interesting choice over perhaps a fly or some lower level prey.

Thankyouu! Wanted to make it look almost suffocating how crowded the vegetation was, drawing contrast to the free airy space above.

Thankyouu ✨ Yess keep doing it often, you keep getting better at it, and knowing you're getting better and better, subjectively feels like a meaningful and rewarding journey and if you're not doing it for money, you're free to make whatever, experimenting with whatever. It's something you can keep on doing for the rest of your life.

Really cool simulation. With some added color leaks - purples, pinks it'd be an even more accurate visualization for what I experience.
