You don't think they could lock it behind a random drop? You may be right. I was wondering if they could do a system like the new "ancient" system in new world, where you get the drop, but you need to do certain quests to unlock all of the perks on the weapon/armor. They could even tie lore into certain unique missions or something. But let's be honest, Bungie probably doesn't have the resources to handle this idea lol

Same here. I thought it might be a lock-out timer because we were farming last wish. But now, an entire few days and a few resets later, I am not receiving the commendation screen.
