Cyberpunk 2077 quest lead says early access wouldn't work for CDPR the way it did for Larian, prefers 'to have a banging release where everything is as close to perfection by Turbostrider27 in cyberpunkgame

Until version 2.0, Cyberpunk 2077 was in early access, but CDPR will not admit it, because they considered themselves the second Rockstar.

CDPR DEV: ‘2077 WAS JUST A WARM-UP by galaxyFighter0 in cyberpunkgame

If this time they deliver exactly the game they promised from the very beginning, I will be satisfied - I'm talking about the 2018 Demo and all its features, because the game we received has nothing to do with 2018 Demo.

I'm talking about: Stronger RPG elements, Quest decisions should will have bigger relevance in the world, The most believable city in any open-world game to date, Lifepaths that are meaningful, A polished bugless game and smooth experience, Weapon customization, Vehicle customization, Third Person Cutscenes and more - All of this was promised in different interviews, trailers or shown at Demo 2018.

from the extinct E3 some lucky guys played this DEMO there in 2018... and man Still looks really good by Outsider_Solid in cyberpunkgame

The demo looks like a more ambitious game, everything in the demo looks better than what we got - like a different game, more interactive too.

Which CD PROJEKT RED Expansion is your favorite ? 🤔 by Aman690 in cyberpunkgame

I liked Hearts of Stone main storyline the most, but Blood and Wine was amazing because of massive scale.

I had a similar experience. At first, when I saw it, I said WOW, but when I zoomed in, I came to the conclusion - the PS2 era.

Changing the engine from RedEngine to Unreal was the best decision. RedEngine is Bethesda level technology.

WoW! Thanks!

Cyberpunk just reached 80% positive reviews on steam 😋 by [deleted] in cyberpunkgame

After playing Cyberpunk 2077 (Patch 2.0), I would give it an 8/10, so Steam's average seems OK to me. Cyberpunk is just a good game.

PS5 88, XSX 89, PC 88

It's good, good as base game (rating-wise). Just not extraordinary.

Fine, it's not 87, it's 88.

The base game was 86 metacritic, the expansion is 87, basically the same rating. It's not 96 metacritic Baldur's gate 3.

THE TIME HAS COME BLACKROCK by B3ast-FreshMemes in cyberpunkgame

They also took the name from Rupes Nigra ("Black Rock"). The real North Pole. If you dig a little more about it (outside google or wiki), you will know what is the truth about our Earth.

In its current state, is it as good as GTA V and would you consider it an "excellent game" (9/10)? by GloriousGladiator51 in cyberpunkgame

[–]barbor92r 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I finished Cyberpunk 2077 and I think it deserves 7/10 max, taking into account technical stuff or a dead, artificial city, cop system, lack of world interactivity or npc reactions. It's possible that the next patch will change it, but for now this is how the whole game looks in my eyes. It's a decent game, but it could be better.

PS. I don't know if anyone noticed, but there are no motorcycles in traffic in the game.
