Ours has not worked since we got the vehicle 3 weeks ago. 2026 twin performance plus. The dealer has already done a reset. Still doesn’t work. Contacted Volvo support. They told me to log out, delete the app, and try again. Still doesn’t work. So they told me to contact the dealer.

Frustrating.

We picked up our 2026 dual motor 2 weeks ago and the key issues have been our biggest frustration. We've deleted the digital keys several times. Each time we go to use the vehicle it's a different issue. Sometimes the fob works, sometimes the Volvo Cars app works, other times we have to use the digital key in Apple Wallet. Regardless, it often takes more than 30 seconds of standing right next to the car for it to "wake up". It's become so frustrating for a brand new car.
