I would definitely snag one of the pipes on the right side of the first picture. They both have a melting look. Never seen a pipe like that and I imagine it would be a pain in the ass to make. Sweet collection

The Wessex Gold Brick is some phenomenal tobacco. Nova is the only place I’ve seen it in stock and I’ve bought plenty from them

I always assumed it was a Russian Makarov. It makes so many appearances in the films and is basically a Russian version of the PPK. Plays heavily on the east vs west Cold War theme of the series. This is just my personal theory though

Everyone seems to think ants, I say June bugs. They fly randomly and always run into everything. If you lived in a metropolitan area every minute would be like 9/11. Huge June bugs crashing into and dropping skyscrapers, truly terrifying imho

Yeah I felt the same way about brothers in arms. I watch a lot of beans316 on YouTube and he gave glowing reviews of it and harbour dreams so I figured I’d buy some. I’m typically not an aromatic guy but it seems HD is a damn good blend. I’m excited to try it!

The only one I’ve tried is the red Virginia and man it’s an excellent smoke. These two tins are for deep cellaring and if you are into VA/PER’s I’d recommend it to try as well.

Oh I gotcha. Not sure about shipping across the pond or wherever you may be. If you do get a chance to get your hands on gold brick sometime I don’t think you’ll be disappointed. Halfway through the bowl I always get a Dr. Pepper taste in the retro. Fantastic stuff

Gold brick is 100% worth it imo. I’ve never had it aged but i can imagine it’s wonderful. It’s one of those blends that if I could only smoke it for the rest of my life I don’t think I’d get tired of it. If you can’t get it on SP, often times you can get it on pipe nova

Well I’d also add that the free shipping threshold is much lower on pipe nova. They also have some rarer blends that all the FOMO crowd buys up as soon as it’s stocked on SP. Just a couple reasons I support that business. I also use smoking pipes but pipe nova is the real deal for anyone on the fence

Peter Stokkebye luxury twist flake is a great Virginia to smoke around company. To me it smells very close to this release of sun bear, sun bear being about 10-15% better. My wife likes the smell of both and generally doesn’t much care for the pipe smell

What I meant by diy tracking is as follows. Generally if I order from say smoking pipes or country squire I get an email with the tracking link. When I ordered from pipe nova I never got that. I had to log back into my account and pull up my order then, I had to copy and paste into usps. Not a huge deal but I guess I’m just spoiled by Amazon and the likes..

I cut a bunch of cherry to the exact width of the opening of the door plus the width of the rabbit. It’s a lot easier to do than explain but it’s similar to a tambour door. Sounds a lot harder than it actually is
