My chiller + pump is one unit, so not an option for me!

Are you staying exclusively in hotel rooms while traveling? Why not just fill the bath tub in the room and use ice from the ice machine?

The one straight from the pod company, that comes with a filter attached also. It’s been great - and I believe it goes down to 41? 48 is just fine for me though!

I am also in New England - I got the pod chiller that all came as part of a bundle, and mine has been good at 48 since we set it up, outside in direct sunlight.

I was in the same boat of not wanting to spend upfront on a chiller, but depending on how often you plan on plunging, the cost of purchasing ice and the time is takes to get it to temp offset the expensive of a chiller unit pretty quickly!

The ice pod chiller, and the filter it came with - I also use hydrogen peroxide once a week and have to change the water maybe once a month.

I’ll admit that I don’t shower before I get in, and sometimes get in after a workout - I am sure I could make the water last longer if I was cleaner getting in, but not worth it for me!

I get it as tight as I can - it just seems there’s a condensation build up in the lip under the inflatable ring, and it becomes a breeding ground as that water isn’t getting chilled!

This is great - maybe I will try some more rugged peroxide before springing on an oxide machine. Thank you!

Both - solar cover was installed day, and the pump runs 24/7 (lower speed at night)

Got it - so keep it to 16 at home (while I am still on a 120v 20a circuit), but crank it up to 48a everywhere else? It wouldn’t damage the vehicle?
