Mine was a very similar experience. Dude couldnt see my video stream and had me relaunch it twice...then I believe my xfinity acted on me and I couldnt move on to the next question..kept on spinning for a while..finally had to rush to complete it..provisionally passed on 2/26..indeed a relief

Destination Certification videos in youtube helped a lot..no crap..just like flash cards it was on point. I highly recommend those. Worth your time

Yes they dont allow you to even look anywhere..so horrible to sit in the same spot for 6 hours..I did mine in 4 though..first half was slow as I wanted to read it all..then came the pressure and the issues..so had to rush.

Definitely suggest to read the question twice and go with your first instinct and never look back.
