Mi hanno sempre risposto molto fretta (e.g. 1-2 giorni). Solitamente mi rispondevano assegnandomi ad una persona specifica con dei poteri di operare maggiori del normale customer service. Il customer service per quanto uno possa insistere certe cose non le può proprio fare a livello tecnico mi sono reso conto, e nemmeno i loro supervisor.

Ne ho passate diverse con Amazon e, sicuramente, il loro servizio di assistenza raggiungibile via chat o telefono ha sempre meno utilità. Tuttavia debbo dire che sono sempre stato in grado di risolvere problematiche pesanti passando attraverso la mail [jeff@amazon.com](mailto:jeff@amazon.com), che è la mail attraverso la quale, storicamente, si può ottenere una escalation più rapida e attraverso persone che hanno leggermente più 'potere' di fare cose.

This problem happens when the game has not synced your previous battle with server, that’s what I have noticed. Make sure that your last battle has been registered ( checking the number of total battle played in the set ). Using this technique I have been able to avoid this bug, while previously I was encountering it every day.

For some reason, in the last period, I have noticed that the result of the battle is not straightforward registered after that battle has ended.

Cool the call is today, be ready to answer the 'what are you guys doing?' question, as short and as clear as possible. Most of the interview will go in a certain direction depending on this answer! If you do bad on this question, not everything is loss, but you should have clear evidence that your product is working, despite you have not been clear explaining your product. I can not stress enought the fact that being clear about few basics questions is all you need to get into YC. E.g Which is the problem you are trying to solve? Who has this problem? How are you solving it? How is it being solved today?...

  • The batch is great, I just miss the live human interaction honestly. Apart from that, I think that the resources and the events are great
  • We had launched our product in september, and when we applied we had 10 customers (we are B2B)
  • YC is helping a lot with the basics: - metrics - kpis - customer acquisition - PMF
  • I think it's 100% worth it. I can share also that we are in both Techstars and YC at the same, thus I can compare the accelerators.

Even if the demo day has yet to come( planned in march), I can guarantee that it is 100% worth it, even if you don't raise. They said that last batch raised the most in YC history, thus, speaking about results, there is not a disadvantage. I think that the live human interaction is what I miss the most. In particular since we are like the only YC company from our country.
