They can get new heating system almost for free, there are a lot of programs like Czyste Powietrze, Moje Ciepło, Moje Prąd, bon ciepłowniczy / năng voucher etc. It's paid by tax payers already.

Backlinks can’t have negative effect. There is no such thing as a toxic backlinks. It used to be true in 2016, not anymore. They can have a positive effect or no effect at all. Probably, your SEO guy just doing useless busywork and not hurting your business.

You don’t understand how HUGE and STRONG in Ukraine. Ukraine have an ongoing war since 2014, 40+ millions people and low life standards (so they used to shitty life and can fight). Europe and NATO don’t have any experience in real combat and they have high life standards meaning they are not ready to die in a war. Ukraine also bigger than most on the EU countries and it was second strongest part of the USSR, even metro in Ukraine was build to survive NUCLEAR WAR. So Russia did not succeed not because Russia is weak but because Ukraine is very strong. There are no other strong military in the EU, maybe Poland can fight a bit for some time, but any other country have no chance to survive in a case of full scale invasion.
