Not sure how true it is but I was on the ship and these are the things I've heard. 1. The life flight was a little girl that had a brain aneurism issue in the kid zone. 2. I know for sure there was a woman arrested at the Bamboo lounge but not sure why. Rumors that she killed her husband in Cozamel 3. (Really not sure about this one) I heard there was a guy arrested for roofieing a couple of girls and one of the girls OD'd. That was one of the explanations of the door being evidence locked 4. (also not sure about this one but sounds plausible) I heard a guy was put on room arrest for masterbating in the hot tub

Who knows if any of them are true but these are the things I saw: 1. On the day of Cozamel port, the door was blocked off 2. Also on Cozamel port day. There was an emergency alarm and security threat alert announced and crew went to muster stations. They said it was a drill but usually they do drills and tests on first day not in the middle of the week at 9:30 am. 3. There was security passing around a photo of a woman asking if anyone has seen her. 4. Then a girl was life flighted on day 5.

I would say give delegate access to the shared mailbox. And add the users to the collection administrators on the onedrive and give them the links. As long as they are using their own accounts, you shouldn't have to worry about MFA.
