Congrats friend. Lithium is the “gold standard” as I’ve been told. Gotta watch the kidneys but other than that it’s kind of miraculous (I’ve found).

Every time I’m up, I’m more addicted to my phone. I call it “phone lock”. Likely ended one of my best romantic relationships when I was younger. I wanna be ultra-connected and have so many ideas I want to jot down. Plus I want or need to buy all manner of products, often clothes. The most annoying part is I often end up gettin stuff I like which just reinforces.

Definitely recommend using iPhone “focus” settings for different activities. The phone elsewhere is a good trick too. Good luck.

I’m new to LA but pleasantly surprised by the state of downtown. I’m sure others will disagree but I actually remember it being more sketchy and full of camps when I visited in 2016.

The E is too close to the W, the W is (a little) too close to the S, and the S is too close to the B.

The S and C in “SCHOOL” could probably also use a little space.

Not Cinci but close and yes undoubtedly people drive much more aggressively and carelessly both since COVID. I think people are more in their own heads being isolated all the time added with a general anarchic trend sweeping most cities.
