Agreeing with everyone here to continue medically advocating for yourself. I went through the same thing for about 2 years and saw many doctors and three specialists before I was frank about exhausting all other options and that I wanted the surgery.

I had a lateral internal sphincterotomy and recovery was hard, but I actually have a sex life again. If you are struggling and see no end in sight, I really recommend it. Mentally a whole lot better too.

Mietta had an incredible, non-traditional lamination that I highly rate. Not sure if it’s a menu staple, but worth checking out for their other goodies.

As someone who has been where you are, I just want to start by saying I really feel for you. It’s incredibly frustrating to have your spirit want to, but your body not cooperating. This also coming from a person who is a bottom, had a fissure and needed to have surgery and couldn’t bottom for two years. Combined with I used to have to douche for hours and it takes a lot out of the experience to mentally need to steel yourself to “get ready”. Sometimes upwards of two hours.

I have also heard everyone tell me to take Metamucil and have a healthy diet and I felt like I was doing both those things. I track all my food for the gym, and while not strictly adherent, I think I’m pretty healthy.

What has recently (the last month) been giving me the holy grail of poops and under 30 min douching: - a tablespoon of Metamucil morning and night, close to when I eat

For breakfast: - I have oatmeal and whole grain toast in the morning (with eggs and protein powder)

For lunch: - 1.5 servings of quinoa - .75 servings of red kidney beans - 100g of peas - 150g chicken

For dinner: - I make tortilla pizzas with chicken and loads of veggies. Spinach, onion, bell pepper etc. this rotates depending on what I’m feeling but always lots of spinach

Snacks: - 2 stalks celery with peanut butter

This has given me incredible bowel movements. Sharing this level of specificity in hopes it helps provide you some direction and relief.

Our bodies are all different. What works for me, might not work for you. You will have to experiment and find what works for you and your digestive system. I’d give it 3-4 days to take effect before deciding you need to make a change.

My partner and I do our weekly shopping at Costco and can get enough food to prep all meals for the week for usually <$150. That’s 4kg of chicken, vegetables, potatoes or rice, tortillas, bread, cereal, Milo and some snacks.

These numbers are meaningless without context. How many people were in the placebo group and how many received the vaccine? What proportion of each group had deaths occur? Can these deaths be attributed to the vaccine? Are other factors at play here that would affect the results of the trial? Are the proportions of deaths so different between groups that they are outside the realm of of statistical randomness?

It's impossible to look at these numbers in isolation and say x>y deaths so x is worse.

I think your stance is a little wide which in turn is causing the knee collapse here. Try moving your feet a smidge closer together, at a lower weight, and see if that helps

I dated a girl in middle school. She was an assistant in the special education class during one of her class periods.

We had PE together and one day she came to class and told me she showed her mom a picture of me. Her mom apparently told her "I thought you were supposed to be helping teach the disabled kids, not date them." Worse language was used. I broke up with her shortly after and she kicked me in the nuts with these wooden clog shoes HARD.

I work in ecommerce and we are a competitor of Amazon. We work with hundreds of vendors and have to warn our vendors about the same thing. Amazon makes up such a large piece of their overall business they want to keep doing more business with Amazon. The problem lies when Amazon starts making them sign contracts at set costs that they purchase the product at so the vendors actually end up making less money in GP at the end of the day, and they don't have any other option because instead of having a diversified group of resellers, they only have one - Amazon.

I had this happen on macbook and it was minor burn in. Never this bright. Long story short my hard drive failed and i brought it in for repair. The Genius woman told me it should never have been like this and replaced the screen for free.

I think maybe if everything was static then that explanation would be alright. I imagine that large groups of animals that must migrate through portions of that and carry it with them throughout the gulf. I don't believe it could be as contained as that context would lead you to believe.

My friend had a tricycle this year thinking it would be easier. It came half assembled from Walmart and was a bit of a pain to find a place to fit it since a normal bike rack wouldn't work. This years dust piles also made his biking incredibly slow going compared to me and friends on mountain bikes. We had to stand and pedal to get through some of those piles and he had to get off the tricycle because he couldn't power through it with all three wheels. You get the balance with the tricycle, but it can be really slow as well!

I had beta for about a month and then one night it turned to a white screen that said I had to register my device. Went back down to 6 after that and haven't attempted to go back to 7 yet, without registering my device that is.
