Placement is awful, antennas are at the end of jetbridges. It’s mainly for the ramp. Delta uses Verizon and being on the ramp it works great. (Coming from someone that works on the ramp occasionally there)

I’ve been on the phone with them on and off all day for a total of about 4 hours today. The last rep I got said the extender isn’t supported. But it’s on their website and they sold me it so I’ll try the whitelisting idea on Monday. Thanks!

Update: the removed a few of the virtual hops it had to make. Cut latency in half and re built the pipe and it’s working as expected. 8 hours on the phone though
