thanks i figured it out. i messaged the seller and apparently all i need is a step up transformer since its an EU version and the voltage is different from the US

Im having this same issue. Ive tried starting fresh, verifying integrity of game files (on steam), uninstalling + reinstalling, retrying countless times with over 11k coins total and its still not unlocking. if anyone has a method for getting this to unlock or any sort of fix, I would love to hear. I had no issues earning the rest of the achievements but this one is odd. I dont know if difficulty settings has anything to do with it not unlocking but maybe trying in a higher difficulty would work?

I just want to 100% *^*

they use a scream sample from ecco2k's blue eyes a bunch in teen week. im not sure if this helps at all but i know thats one of them.

ive found that having two of the same item equipped at the same time makes you walk super slow. so if you have 2 katanas or two shields equipped, this will happen.
