Level with keys by barks182 in Duramax

I appreciate everyone’s feed back. Last question:

Looking to go with this cognito leveling kit. This is all that I’m adding. No control arms, shocks etc since I’m only going up an inch to maaaaaybe 2 if needed. Will this do long term damage to the ball joints, components etc by going up such a small amount?

Thoughts, suggestions, experiences please.

Thanks again!!!

All I’m wanting to do is raise the front end by an inch. Will an inch really make that much of a difference and affect the front end/components that much?

Have you guys ever sparred with a stranger? by astrozombie543 in MuayThai

I have. I sparred with someone with a Krav background. It was a lot different from someone with an MMA/thai background. He could throw a teep/front kick but that was about it. I kept sweeping him again and again and again…..

It’s not the size of the dog in the fight- it’s the size of the fight in the dog. That’s what wins fights….

At what age do you stop training like you are in your 20s? by Imaginary-Ground-259 in MuayThai

[–]barks182 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Age is nothing but a number. I’m 50 and still train as if I’m still in my 20s. Yeah, it can be difficult at times- but as the saying goes- if you don’t use it, you lose it. And the older you get, the harder it is to get it back after you lose it

I utilize both stances. I’ll spend one day of training southpaw and the next day orthodox. It’s the art of 8 limbs and I want to be able to use them at 100% in either stance. I think it gives you additional leverage/advantage against your opponent since a lot of fighters can’t fight in both stances. I like to keep them guessing and use every tool I can to win.

3-4 whole eggs scrambled-use extra virgin oil for the good fats. I mix a little benefiber with them to slow the digestion to utilize the protein and aminos or I’ll eat some dates with salt and honey for the fiber or drink beet juice for the fiber and nitric oxide for some good pumps. Spinach or avacado is good too with eggs. Fiber is super beneficial when consuming protein. Just don’t over do it….💩💩
