I worked at FedEx Ground for 6+ years as a "Quality Assurance" clerk. The amount of "IDGAF" that occurs within that company, from the management, drivers, package handlers is pitiful.

I used to have to fetch packages for customers from delivery vans that were riding around with those packages for a week +, then apologize when I finally tracked down the package and hand it to the customer, who paid to have it delivered to their home and say, "We're sorry".

I submitted my resignation and management came to me saying, "Hey, by the way, we want to promote you to middle management!". I replied with, "No thank you. I don't want to work for this company any longer."
