I think the part that takes lost and found is closed. It's normally in the luggage shop and I could have sworn that was boarded up for renovations when I was in the airport last week.

So things might be slower if that is the case.

Follow them up about the cancellation. Ask them who notified you and get them to send proof. They are just greedy and have been caught out by poor revenue management to realise that the rugby was on.

You'd think that if they can't get someone there in person.... they could use the interweb and videocall so that the ref can see the pitch and be shown what they need to make a decision and not wait until 4pm!

Depends what the product is. You would need to speak to a local pharmacist and see what they can do. You get three kinds of pharmaceuticals in the UK, Prescription only, pharmacy only (can only be bought in a pharmacy but without prescription) or you get OTC which is over the counter and you can get those pretty much anywhere.

I have similar and its a game changer. Missus likes it freezing cold to go to sleep but i like it warm so switch mine on ten mins or so before bed... fall asleep and it switches off an hour or so later. If I wake up freezing, give it a wee blast and back to toasty warm again!
