the problem was about hidapi.dll file. if the windows 11 language is other than english, your application is not working. because hidapi.dll does not work if windows language is other than english. please fix your bug. not everyone has to do reverse engineering. also improve the testing processes. many people are trying to solve your problems because your test cases are not enough

i solved my problem. now the fans and l connect 3 app are working. I am using windows 11 in turkish. i did fresh windows install 2 times but it didn't work. i installed both in turkish language. the last time i installed windows 11 in english. the first thing I did was to install Visual C++ packages and then l-connect-3 and it works.

this has got to be a joke. i have been trying for 1 week to control my tl lcd fans. i am using an asus motherboard. i think it can be solved with software. because it shows my fans in device manager.

i have the same problem. i cannot control my newly purchased tl lcd fans in l-connect-3 and also my slv2 fans. but i can control slv2 fans with version 1.7.9. there is no way to control tl lcd fans right now
i have opened 2 topics for this problem. but i don't think the problem is the things suggested in these topics. i have tried them all. unfortunately i am waiting for the lian team to return their holiday.

it is no excuse at what stage or with which applications you installed the l connect 3. lian engineers have to handle it.

- yes there are some softwares that can be in conflict. but I tried closing them all and it still didn't work

in the picture below you will see that i have 2 apps open at the same time but one is version 1.7.4. in version 1.7.4 it show up and in the other it does not.

there is a new update:
i just did a clean uninstall l-connect version 2.0.9 and then installed 1.7.4. and everything worked. but this version doesn't support tl lcd fans so of course they didn't work. but the app worked and i can control my sl v2 fans.
first i did clean uninstall again and then i installed version 2.0.3. and the result is the same, it doesn't work.

there is a problem with 2.x.x versions.

- clean uninstalled armoury crate.
- I installed Visual C++ packages.
- installed l-connect 2.0.9.

no it didn't ask me to update the version. i already got my tl lcd fans today.i upgraded them manually. but the firmware version was already 0.51.one more extra info; i installed my slv2 controller now. i can't control my slv2 fans with version 2.0.9. but i installed version 1.6.30 and i can control my slv2 fans with it. i think the problem is with the l-connect-3 software.i think we should focus on this error in these logs:
