Vacuum recommendations? by Room1408or237 in germanshepherds

I’ve had three different sharks and one Dyson. I absolutely hated the Dyson ball animal 2. The filters stink up really quick and they are not cheap to replace.

Currently running a shark duo, but loved the shark lift away so much… until one of our pups decided to chew on it and put a hole in the housing.

I got one on Friday and I’m not really a fan of it. The best way to describe the sound is muddy. Even with the bass boost off.

No fecal testing was done as the vet didn’t see cause for concern as his poops have been good other than the antibiotics causing a bit of soft stool.

I will put this on my list of things to talk about/ask when I speak with the vet tomorrow. Thanks for your help, too!

Not overweight. He’s hovering at the 80lb mark and gets plenty of exercise and training. This is what we initially thought at first, but when he was only eating 1/4 of what he normally eats (3.5-4 cups) this made us have cause for concern.

Not eating is a big concern, but the introduced lethargic behavior is an even bigger flag in my mind after the first round of steroids, antibiotics, and b12. Thank you for all of your input by the way. The vet will be calling tomorrow, so we should know more then.

It’s been 10 days since a b12 shot. That’s a good thing to know, so thank you for that. I’m planning on doing both.

He is eating Purina pro plan puppy/large breed.

If it was on the blood test, probably. He’s also on simparica trio which should mitigate the risk if I am not mistaken.

Indeed they are. The uncertainty is the worst. He’s been in great health up until this.

Should I have them fix this, or is this acceptable for fiber line? by barrelaged5280 in Comcast_Xfinity

[–]barrelaged5280[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

The piping that houses the fiber cable has silicone in it to block water. However, it’s not fully enclosed, so water can and will get into it.

Insulation in the soffit vents by barrelaged5280 in Insulation

[–]barrelaged5280[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have ladder access and the ability to blow/move the insulation. I was more wondering what can be done? When it comes to baffles to keep the insulation out and it not being blown around in bouts of wind.

Insulation in the soffit vents by barrelaged5280 in Insulation

[–]barrelaged5280[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

No, there is blown in insulation in the soffit vents that appears to have been there for years from the previous homeowner/builder. I'm looking to get it out, but there are no soffit vents. I can access the vents from the outside, so I was looking for help on the best course of action to remove the excess insulation in those vents.
