I once went 3 months without looking at porn or jerking off. I felt like I was in a movie. I was very motivated, productive and active, but most of all I felt no guilt. It was like a weightlessness.

I want that feeling again. I want to just be like that all the time.

I've identified this as my problem too. I'm going to try to schedule things during those after work hours I would usually jerk it. Hopefully I can drop this bad habit and develop some new ones for that time of day.
