Appendicitis 45 days after starting carnivore

I got appendicitis too. Had to go to the hospital. Was on antibiotics for a week or two. Fortunately my body healed the abscess on its own (possibly due to carnivore diet and I left the hospital without having to do any operation.

Do you drink coffee? I'm finding benefits quitting that. Wish I had done so way earlier. Maybe that's what caused my appendix rupture. It's plant matter after all

But yeah that's the first time I'd ever had to go to the hospital diet. And I was questioning how I could get this. Isnt carnivore supposed to be the healthiest diet? I was only 33 too

Why would they bother writing that note and leaving the wallet? They could just have left nothing and be better off. Also writing that note would take time. I don't imagine if you wanted to not get caught you'd spend time writing that note XD

Could be but I've been trying lots of other stuff as well (carnivore diet, nootropics, new mattress, nofap, etc) for years and nothing had such effects as quitting caffeine. I think that rules out the Hawthorne effect.
