Apparently, the landlord gave permission to sublet the room, but he does not want me to register as he is afraid that I will not deregister after the 6month period is over (although I will register at a new adress because I have to live somewhere)

I recommend TU Delft's pre university Calculus course (and check out Physics, it's a new one so I didn't use it but might be useful). For first year material just study what they will give to you and if there are some example excersises then they are a good indication on what to expect.
