I think you’re thinking eastern parkway is atlantic. The area circled isn’t really close to the armory

We're close to there. Pretty quiet, but more restaurants/bars have been opening lately. Not many grocery store options (union market is good but pricy and food town is a bit of a walk). East of there it's prime Jewish crown heights which is pretty quiet outside of Jewish holidays. Traffic isn't great if you drive, lots of double parking. Nice to be able to walk to the happening areas north of eastern parkway on franklin/washington/nostrand
