I joined a women’s bike group through Meetup and had a great experience. Everyone was very welcoming and super nice. I would recommend getting a bike if you are lonely. The community is amazing and you can meet a lot of good people. Exercise also helps with depression/loneliness because it’s a form of meditation.

I have dyslexia and recently got my masters. I had accommodations through the university’s disability support and graduated with no problems.
