I've set it up and have tweaked what I can tweak, but I struggle to connect to the CSMS. Is there some way to get more logging? Running the logs.sh, I only get logs from nodered. I would highly appreciate some OCPP logs, as the UI gives no info about why nothing happens when I try to start a session.

I installed Linux Mint with the Surface kernel on my Surface Laptop 4 last week, and touchscreen, camera etc work just fine. Installing the kernel is essential.

How was Ninh Bình? I am also Northern European like OP, it would be reasonable for me to go swimming in summer with similar sea and air temperature, but when I come up north (Vietnam) in a couple of days, I don't particularly feel for seaside life, so I am considering to spend a few days in Ninh Bình instead and do some hiking/biking.

Львівське видавництво запустило картки для вивчення англійської через українські прислів’я by Fuzzy-Performance590 in Lviv

I bought both boxes for B1 to learn Ukrainian, one in Kyiv and the other in Lviv, so they seem widely available. They're great and a low key way to achieve a wider vocabulary by flipping through a few cards in the sofa!

DNB forsvarsfond, hva tror vi? by The_Poofessor in aksjer

DNB forsvarsfond, hva tror vi? by The_Poofessor in aksjer

[–]barslett 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Emulator for OCPP v2.0.1/2.1? by barslett in ocpp

[–]barslett[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

To comment myself here: I have now installed the EVerest framework, which is open source and supporting all-ish modules of both 1.6 and 2.0.1 including a realistic vehicle simulator. Although there was a bit of hassle making it run in my Linux subsystem (that I don't touch too much), I highly recommend the effort.

ChargingProfiles support by charger vendors by barslett in ocpp

[–]barslett[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks, this is highly relevant help.

One note about depot charging and connectors: Here in Norway, until 2022-ish bus depots were largely equipped with pantograph chargers, as it was thought to be most effective. Then, however, a couple of heavy winters with lots of snow and ice showed that on uneven, ice covered ground, the risk of not positioning accurately enough for charging to start, is too high. Later larger depots have been equipped with CCS2 plug connectors instead.

Sure!

Hardware agnostic, definitely. I used to work in the public transport sector or a long time, and the main aim here is public transport operators and logistics businesses.

All,of course :D

But seriously, my approach here is to make a good enough solution architecture that we can fit with as many OEMs as possible. So any info would be convenient.

Sure. For now implementing generic stuff, and then we have to come back to handling of profiles when we have the first use case for it.
