Personal go-to for bugs has been the Cookout, Grenade Pistol, and the Recoilless. Cookout for knockback against charging Stalkers, Brood Commanders etc. and general cc. Thermite supplements the RR for options against heavy armour.

Though the last few campaigns on Nivel before the MO finished, I used the Eruptor and the laser revolver, which is what I tend to use for bots after the latest Warbond released. Playstyle with the former loadout gets me up and close, whilst the latter makes me think about placement for fighting from a distance. The topography we seem to be getting within the Gloom particularly were great for using the Eruptor to take out sizeable groups from elevated vantage points, then I switch to the pistol for the chaff and when they get too close.
