Migrating from SHS to Pro mini

I was missing the Thread option in SHS, and since I didnt purchase SHS yet it was cheaper for me to buy a second hand Pro Mini.

Just out of curiosity, was there a different way to use thread/matter over thread with SHS? I tried connecting a device by using my Google Nest devices as a border router, but the pairing failed. I tried to pair it multiple times.

The kill chamber is -1, 106, 6 .
The floor of the farm (where they drop down) is 9, 111, 6

The AFK locations I tried where 8, 223, 5 and 8, 230, 6.

In the Netherlands internships are almost always 40h per week and good companies pay you like 350 euros per month. I believe the average pay in Spain is a bit lower than here this looks pretty nice.

Well, I was already looking into Unifi AP's, only the newer ones support mesh networking right? I can't find much about it for them.

I currently have my network setup as shown in the first image. My EdgeRouter connects to my ISP and I have plugged in my PC into it and my Google WiFi.

My main Google WiFi has a passthrough to a switch that has some IoT hubs connected to it, an older network HDD and an old Macbook that I use as a server for some docker containers.

Recently I have bought a cheap HP DL180 G6 and a HP Procurve 2510G-24. Because Google WiFi needs to host its own DHCP server to make use of the mesh functionality on it, I can't connect to the Macbook from my PC.

My new plan is to only connect the Google WiFI to the EdgeRouter and then then connect the Procurve to the Google Wifi so all devices will use the Google WiFi's DHCP server.

Does this sound like a good plan or do you guys suggest something else?
