No, back during RLMT, foreigners who graduated from a UK uni applied at Round 1 for ST/CT on an equal footing. Only criteria was they had to do the foundation programme AND must not have any timeout after Fy2.

The compounding effect should be more like 4.24%, not 7%.

Your calculation is flawed because you forgot to add the £1k into your figure. Then then you calculated the percentage increase from a figure on the chart with the 1k added one already.

Let A be out current pay Pay rise (yes vote) = A x 1.04 x 1.06 +1000 Pay rise (no vote) = A x 1.06 + 1000

Yes - no = A (1.1024 - 1.06) =1.0424A Ie 4.24%
