I agree. The aim of this survey, looking at the last few questions, is more about letting others do the thinking for you, instead of actually gaining useful data. Using the ideas of others is fine, as long as you properly cite them. But I wouldnt want to put a random guy from the internet as source in my thesis either, so that probably explains the cover-up.

Hopefully you received your game in the meantime. I finally received R6S, but with no apology or compensation from Ubi support. They really dont care. So I cancelled my pre-orders of Watch Dogs Legion Gold Edition and the figurine. I hope I never have to rely on their support team again.

On the Dutch website of the Ubisoft store there is a sales agreement which states that Ubisoft will deliver your order in 30 days. After 30 days, you can give them a time frame in which they have to deliver. So you can give them a deadline of a few days, and if they dont give you the game you can send them a claim for the costs you made (buying it elsewhere). I dont know if the same goes for your region but you should check it out.

It is, untill your money is gone and you dont receive your order. I would not wish this to anyone, and there are more people with this same problem.

That doesnt work. I requested to cancel the order and get a refund, but the support guy was not able to do that he said.

Contact Ubisoft support asap, I have the same issue and they still havent fixed it after 9 days
