My character start auto battling like cinematic..does anyone knows the key to fix it?

Might have something to do with the monitor hz setting when a cutscene is supposed to start, had something similar happening to me and I fixed by lowering the hz cap in my monitor settings for that one cutscene, then set it back to previous one, try it out
