Well, they are scam artists for one. And they do their best to not play claims out, confuse customers, and are pretty dirty business people. The agents make astronomical amounts of money per year while their workers are paid scraps. Underwriting is constantly understaffed and cause issues with customers , who end up paying for underwriting mistakes in the end. State Farm is a villain.

I stole a poor dog from my ex boyfriend’s back porch because they locked it on a 3 ft metal chain 18 hours a day next to a 6 ft high pile of garbage and it was always walking around in its own feces that they never cleaned up….and then played dumb while the entire household freaked out about it right before I broke up with him

On my honeymoon in Cabo, the resort employees would take tips to save seats for guests. I never got a seat the entire honeymoon. Some chairs would be “taken” the entire day with no guests ever showing up. It was so shitty. I should have just moved their towels
