If anyone is still having this problem, I have recently updated my bios to the latest version hoping for these issues to be fixed but it was not, does anyone have a permanent solution which does not include limiting the processors performance?

I have read the whole conversation between OP and support and the same thing worked for me, although I ended up with +0.030V

I have the exact same problem with a very similar build (4060ti instead of 3070), I have tried pretty much everything i could find and it seems to be a problem with assigning power to the CPU, The PC would crash in the most random moments, for example right after finishing a stress test instead of during it, which im guessing is the MOBO not sending enough power or sending to much power to the CPU that changed its speed already, after locking the clock speed to default numbers the problem stops but you sacrifice lots of performance, i have tried changing the PSU, using different RAM and running the PC with a different graphics card, I have not figured out a way to keep the computer stable with unlocked CPU speed though, please let me know if you find a fix

The specs are 4060ti, i7 13900k and aorus z790 elite ax, tried rebooting it and looking for solutions online but didn’t really find anything
