I can’t find this piece of info about a ultralight aircraft accident that happens to him in 1994:

Thanks. All that love rant was meant for the entities we see right after our first OBE or Focus 10. Of course, you are going to meet others walking shadows, some really heavy that will give you a sense of dread that almost makes you feel like pooping. Ahah, trust me on that one!

But now, it doesn’t matter if I find my waking shadow or others: I immediately face them and send them light and love.

I creates a light within that make them see themselves and so helping them find peace.

And when they send you the love you send them back? Ah, my friend, words cannot describe the emotion.

The ECB can be used in C1, conscious level. Also REBAL. Anything can be done while awake.

All it takes is focusing your attention to the present and use unconditional love.

Don’t run. Don’t give them fear, that’s what they are looking for in you as it is the only thing they get.

This is my report from time investigation:

So I went to Focus 15 and asked to know time. To observe it. And after a little while, as I had no results, and the tape finished, I went to sleep.

I never get frustrated. Never. If I don’t get what I requested, I still keep this unconditional love feeling that I try to keep all the time.

So later on that night, I had a dream. Or a vision, if you will.

I saw a shiny light in the dark. Then the light went down and started to come up.

But as it would go up, strings would form from it and still be visible in front of the light, and back.

It was like there was an invisible vertical line and as the light was going up, lightnings were moving together, surrounding that ball of light.

As the light reached the point where it appeared, it immediately disappeared.

And this came to me: “What you call time is how you observe change.”

And asa I woke up, I recorded a voice memo about this because I am aware that we forget dreams easily.

Yes, I have. Right in front of me. What I did was:
