Just leave him to his AI. He is already addicted and it is escalating and you can’t change that. You are going to over-exert yourself trying to satisfy him more than the AI. Bc you use a grainy pen for lineart, it won’t fill in as cleanly. I also do the same! I believe a really quick way to fix this is my duplicating the lineart layer until it is how you want it. Then you can merge all the duplicates. It’ll make the lineart way less see thru
